TS3 will run better in Windows than macOS, for sure, but better is relative here. The medium-length answer is that there are several issues you'll need to be aware of, not all of which can be fixed. But you do have to know that you can be careful. The short answer is no, TS3 won't ruin your computer, as long as you're careful.
